Little secret okay. Played another Intra club today with 2 AFL umpires in charge.
A bad head clash saw a key defender leave the ground.
A discolated finger to a key ruckman forced him to leave the ground.
All 40 players took part: No Smith/Thomas otherwise full strength.
High scoring game.
Key fwd young draftee kicked a few goals on Petrie.
Harding off HB
Sansbury fwd
Sinclair HB
Power wing v Grant
McIntosh v Hale in ruck.
Brown fwd suffered gravel rash, didnt touch it on Firrito
Wells clearly BOG, whoah was dynamite playing midfield/fwd.
Grima/Grant/Simpson/Mcintosh/Hansen at CHB/Riggio, Tarrant up fwd very good and unselfish all played well.
WOG was Brown with Edwards/Hale/Jones/Rawlings all average.
Thompson no worries played 30mins
This team is up and running will win RD1 Nab lock it in!!!!
Mids were McIntosh/Goldstein/Hale/Harris/Grant/Harvey/Simpson/Swallow/Grima/Wells/Rawlings. No new faces in there.

How was Turtle across the halfback flank?

I was told that guys haven't gotten near him in practice. Making good use of his speed.

I couldn't be there today but I'll certainly be at next wednesday's intra squad game. 4 pm next week. Would be great to see a few there! (There being Princes Park, I'm told)

Okay so that must have been Campbell who didnt play.
Adams was lively when he came on.
Senior players cruised around and that must be Smith gee he goes all right gave Petrie something to think about.
Green wood good didnt know him. Tarrant just glides over the ground and loves to give off to teamates.
Long yr for leigh Brown though what do u reckon, in 2 games yet to touch it as a glacier like leading fwd on quality defenders.
Harding looks dashing when he gets it of Hb would worry when asked to play on a good HF.

Garlett, Wundke, Goldy and Adams were on the interchange. The first 2 never got on while I was there.
Warren and 2 others (sorry but nfi) were doing drills away from the main group. Obst was running the whole time, must have done a half marathon.
Patch made an immediate impact when he went on. Can find the footy

I really struggled with who was who but:
-Wells was awesome (2 early fock ups, then all quality. Including a massive run and carry down the far wing for a long goal.)
-Hansen covered a LOT of ground. Exciting.
-i thought only one forward really dominated and I'm pretty sure it was Tarrant. good positioning, good hands.
-sinclair and boomer worked super hard
-turtle good pressure, everyone encouraged him and Haley very vocally

Very small crowd. PDR had a couple of young kids with him, and there were maybe 3 others.

Sorry for paucity of info, I struggled on so many levels If you ask for info I will try to remember, but I was only there for a little while and yeah, like I said, struggled.
