I did notice his physique of the last year or so was not as big and ripped in the past but now he is back to Greek god mode

Goldy was similar (by his standards) and said his lower back issue that stopped him coming back early was from an in balance in upper body weight training in the first half of recovery.
I'd say a similar scenario is with Rance.

Short out, Rance in. Frees up vlastuin to get off the chain more and get more offensive.

I'd move Stack to the wing in place of Ellis and keep Short hb.

I can't see it either!
That's how I see it lining up too, we do tend to play a back 7 though, so I would suggest that 7th may be Short rolling back off a wing.

Needs to demonstrate to the club and coaches that he's good enough to play seniors. Work hard and be a positive influence in the VFL first.

How do you fit the best defender in the last decade (at least) into the best defense in the land?
Reckon Shorty is the obvious one to move out to the wing. But, what a choice. Or Rance could replace Broad. Will be interesting and a weird experience I reckon, to see him back.

This. Broad is a lock in our back 6, ridiculous to suggest otherwise.
Too many people these days judge player impact by stat sheets thanks to AFL fantasy, supercoach and dreamteam.
Broad beats his man week in, week out and stat sheets don't show this.
