Where did this Hurley VFL talk come from?

Was just watching him on the bomber footy panel. So impressed with his intelligence and just overall quality as a person. Doesn't resort to cliches and is really thoughtful in his responses. Unlikely to play this week.

He just seems like the nicest person ever.

My brother said a few years ago he thought Hurley was a tool. Not that I remember these things and feel angry when I think about it or anything.
