I think he has the capacity to be a rohen style fwd with 6 or so touches however dont expect them to be quality.

Nah. Iirc Atley thrived as a forward when the ball was loose, often from a rebound inside 50 and used his pace and agility to break away and kick goals. Rohan is more a lead up type.

Didn't realise he was FA this year. Wouldn't be the worst thing if a team thinks it can use his pace in how the game's played now and we get a ~3rd rounder as compo.

Atley was very subdued on Friday. I don’t remember him making a single error. In fact, I don’t recall noticing him at all. That tells me he went into hiding, as a result of his turnovers against GC. For mine, that’s his worst case scenario. He has to keep taking the game on and accept the consequences. Will Walker really should be capable of taking on Atley’s role.
