Welcome to Essendon, Kobe Mutch!
Thanks to don patch sword for this:
Team: Bendigo Pioneers
Height: 187 Weight: 84
DOB: 18/3/98
TAC Games: 4
AVG Disposals: 34.7
Goals: 0
Player Traits: Sam Gibson, Matt Priddis
Position: Midfield
Bio: Kobe is a ball magnet he knows how to win the footy in any situation. Injury has held him back but has done enough to be considered in the first and second rounds of the draft, He is an academy player for GWS but i cant see him being taken by them and i could see a lot of suitors in the 2nd Round.
Kobe is clean with his hands and can kick on either side of his body. He shows great composure with ball in hand and generally picks the right option. He is very consistent and there hasn't been any games that he couldn't win a large amount of the footy.
He is a willing tackler and works hard on the inside but will also provide a lot of unrewarded run, he just keeps going to try and win the footy. He works hard all over the ground and will win his possessions all over the ground.
His speed is ok but could be better. He isn't very damaging with his disposal it can be rather standard. He is also not a big threat forward and hasn't shown much versatility in his game.
Mutch is a safe pick. Does so many things right and any team wanting to improve their midfield depth will find no one better at this point in the draft.
