Absolutely stoked that we got him. A top class smallish forward (186cm) who plays like he's 190. He's quick, agile, and knows where the goals are. He'll definitely be a great mentor for some of our young small forwards, Moir and Motts especially... Will White and Flynn Young if we retain them.

Along with some of the others we've grabbed, we're filling the holes in our list from poor development back during the Bolton/Teague era which saw a number of young players not come on as expected.

If hes sharing the ruck with Marshall, even with the greater share, there is 0 chance he goes anywhere near justifying his salary.

To justify that type of money and be playing at an AA level, you nearly always have to be the sole ruckman.
