Has really impressed me this year.

Playing a great style of play while collecting heaps of possies.

Here is his summary:

Code:
Round 4 16/04/2005 Port Adelaide 5 8 13 1 2 2 0 0 0 0
Round 5 23/04/2005 Fremantle 10 5 15 2 1 5 1 1 2 0
Round 6 29/04/2005 Hawthorn 7 3 10 1 0 3 0 1 0 0
Round 7 07/05/2005 Richmond 9 4 13 2 0 3 1 0 0 0
Round 8 13/05/2005 Geelong 4 5 9 1 1 1 0 0 0 0
Round 9 21/05/2005 Melbourne 8 1 9 3 0 1 1 0 1 0
Round 10 29/05/2005 Adelaide 5 1 6 4 0 2 1 1 0 0
Round 11 04/06/2005 Sydney Swans 2 8 10 1 0 2 1 1 0 0
He is surely the next Kouta right?

He's been given a tagging role, or a role in the forward line for most of the year.

So how's Wells going this year? I haven't heard much about him. :D

Wells did rack up 30-plus possies the other day. Go on..ask me about Sylvia because I know you wouldnt ask me how Brock Mclean :D :p Sylvia has been playing similar to Walker but his best games(this year!) have been better than Walker. And remember..he was no number 2 pick!

Yep he definately deserved that Brownlow favourtism didn't he?

How many good games has he had so far this year? Two by my count. Not exactly dominant is he?
No he didnt deserve it , ofcourse not.

He has had about 3-4 good games, maybe more.

Walker on the other hand.....0

I have been very happy with Walker's efforts in recent weeks. Has been given some run with roles and performed very well. Gives his all, leaves his man to chase others, presents himself, provides options. The other midfielders are not spotting Walker in the clear so he has to go and get it himself. Has been in or on the fringes of our best 5 players on effort alone the last couple of weeks.

Stats aren't everything. Walker is right on track.

Stuggled early. Played as a tagger a fair bit this year and has done well in this role. I'm tipping by round 15-16 Pagan lets Walker loose and he will dominate. People often forget he is a bottom age draft pick. Anyway I find it ludicrous that people can call a just tunred 19 y/o a hack. Please wait til he is atleast 21 before making such calls.

And by the time he turns 21 I can guarantee you, you wont be calling him a hack.

Um, Trav Cloke and Egan are bottom age picks

And they have already shown lots of class and in a team higher than u's on the ladder.

No excuses. Should be getting more than 10 possies a match.

Oh ok since T.Cloke and Egan are playing good football then Walker should be as well.

Give him time, he will come good.

There are plenty of players who had a slow start to their AFL career but have come good...

By the end of 2007 if Walker is still playing not so good football the I will leave BigFooty forever...

i know its a waste of time but im happy with walks. not very easy to dominate in a ******** side at the age of 19 especially when our midfield rotation is kouta, campo and stevo just rotating midfield titles, eg stevo swaps with campo from rover to ruckrover
