everyone knows he’s going to be a gun but somehow i still feel likes he been underrated this year, all 18 disposals or whatever he averages are pure class

He is Josh Kennedy (Swines version) but a better kick and faster.

Was surprised to see he only had it 15 times. Was just as surprised to see Powell had it 27 times.

Makes it count when he gets it.

One reason why you may be noticing this phenomenon is that ball-in-hand, FOS is always waiting for contact in tight to draw the defender. Conversely, Powell is dishing it off often as fast as he can - on occasion to avoid contact - and this often sells teammates into trouble.

It’s a small thing, but it’s massive in opening up transition.

He is building nicely. Kerch was shut of the game and with size hopefully will overcome a hard tag. But McKercher owned that first half. Most of our scores were generated by him. It’s hard to think that anyone will be better than McKercher once he has got a fully grown adult’s physique.

This guy is natural. So is Archer. Plug and play. Their mind and body just works it all out. I see it in Hardeman too. Sheezel (before the Cornes article).

Never seen a first year kid feature so highly in sprints and km travelled week-in-week out. But he's also so good in contested situations with his body positioning, taps to teammates and getting opponents out of position. And the composure.

He's an aerobic beast who can compete inside and he's accountable - is always sprinting to man up. These are attributes most of our inside mids are missing.
