Bumping this one.

Came across a big family tree on Ancestry with Hugh Torney in it.

Went for a scroll and came across a player called Leslie Dayman, a Port Adelaide SANFL and Footscray VFL player.

Both Georgia and Hugh are distant cousins of Les Dayman.

BONUS: Les Dayman's grandson is Adelaide Crows legend Chris McDermott.

calf injury, 3 weeks
Late out against the Tiges last week, 3-week calf injury.

Essendon will be without Georgia Gee for at least three weeks after the forward suffered a calf injury last week.

Head of Medical Services Megan Smith said Gee is progressing well with her rehabilitation.

“Unfortunately, Georgia was a late out from our round seven team after suffering a calf injury at training,” Smith said.

“We are hoping to have her back running by the end of the week with the aim of a round 10 return.”
