Love to read Robbo's take on this. Initially he was scathing of Lake. Then, purely on the word of the MRP (not the footage which he would have seen for himself for 3 days before the MRP's finding) he flips, softens his view and then speaks of the fear Lake would have had with someone's fingers in his eyes. Now that the "Brian was provoked" theory has officially been debunked as bollocks, it will be interesting to see if he reverts to Lake being "pathetic."

To go so hard on Lake in an editorial and then back off , switch views and then end up as straight out wrong is pretty poor.
Poor Slobbo. He so reminds me of that Barry Humphries character, Sir Les Patterson. He's so out of his depth as big banana at the Hun and appearing on SEN and Fox Footy.

Expect the irrationality to continue for the time being.

You fought the good fight there RR but some of those Hawk supporters are beyond help!
In future I'll leave it to those who can better construct an argument and those who can troll more skilfully. I just get dragged to their level. Not that a bit name calling isn't cathartic! :D

That's 7 games Lake misses this season with suspension. Quick turnaround from Grand Final hero to deadset liability. Should have gone out on top (Lynchy style optional).

You bored?

Scott refuses to play Wood because he fears for what it does to our already dysfunctional structure. How likely do you really think Petrie to defence would really be at this stage in the season?

Especially with Grima, Firitto, Hansen and Thompson all likely to to be fit and playing in the same side.
