2002 Blues BF Awards - Nominations required

Nominations for the BigFooty Carlton Forum 2002 Awards will be appreciated.

I have had a look through, probably about 11 or 12 pages and note a lot of Blues posters coming and going, a lot of protaganists coming and going and some decent threads.

Best and worst posts and threads, best Blues poster and a runner-up, Biggest Protoganist, Friendliest opposition supporter on here, most outspoken Blues fan, most arrogant Blues fan, Best newcomer award, encouragement award etc, social butterfly award etc etc.

Half way through January and very little input for the 2002 awards. I guess we were battling trolls much of the time or laying low. With that in mindm I will give a couple of mentions.

Best Thread - My own "What if our worst nightmare came true" where I hypothesised about an inconceivable wooden spoon probably came back to haunt us all again and again. It showed that Blues fans in general would not and could not contemplate or accept the fate that awaited them.

Best Poster - He's here, he's there, he's everywhere - Best newcomer last year and best of the best in 2002. Take a bow Thrawn.

Feel free to add your own best threads, posters etc. Some of us need the kind words.

Wow... I don't know what to say. It's an honour to receive this award, and thanks for those who nominated me. Never thought I would win this award, I'm flattered. Honourable metions should go to you ODNs, as well as Shieky, Sporny and Bee. We all defended the club passionately from the knockers. Spornstar was on fire at the start of the year, you were excellent throughout ODNs and Shiek had a lot of good posts too. Bee stuck it up to Rohan well, while beating him every time in so called 'debates'. She also did a good job with some of the knockers on this site. There were a few good newcomers too, most noteably Saiak, Navy Master, Blue champion and others I forgot to mention. The 'social butterfly award' has to go to BluesBabe666.

Again, thanks for the award! Hopefully I'll continue my form this year and beyond (as well as strike every time I can in regards to Carlton discussion).
