The best player so far would be Rutten followed by Sandilands, Wells and Goddard, McIntosh will be up there by years end. :thumbsu:

Steven Salopek
Byron Schammer
Jared Rivers
Brent Staker
Brett Ebert
Kade Simpson
Quinten Lynch

Are all guns too.

You absolute fool. The fact that you think Simpson is even in the same LEAGUE as Wells is a joke. Wells is one of the biggest talents in the competition, and Kade Simpson can't even get close to that. Wells has almost everything you want in a player, whilst Kade has very little. Bias? You are the biased one. :thumbsd:

What can Wells do that Simpson can't?

I think this draft is a bit underated, some good players in it.

1. Wells
2. Rutten
3. Sandilands
4. Ebert
5. Bock
6. Lynch
7. Goddard
8. McIntosh
9. Malceski
10. Selwood
11. Salopek
12. Staker
13. Crowley
14. Schammer
15. McVeigh
16. Minson
17. Rivers
18. Watson
19. Boyle
20. Mackie
21. Simpson
22. Winderlich
23. Selwood
24. Bell

Got to diagree with that. Doesn'y anyone rate Rivers. He is and absolute gun and holds up the Melbourne defence. Always gives away height and strength and will only improve.

1. Rutten
2. Wells
3. Lynch
4. Rivers
5. McIntosh
6. Salopek
7. Sandilands
8. Malceski
9. Bock
10. Crowley
11. Ebert

These blokes are duds; Watson, Winderlich and Schammer...

The fact that you put Lynch above all of those players shows how much you know about footy. Every player that i've seen play a few games on that list is heaps better then him even bock. Crowley would b up in the top 4 and sandilans is top 2. When in form shammer would also be top 10 on that list

Sandilands is the 2nd best ruckman in the competiton behind Cox.

Midfielders are more common than dominant ruckmen.

I just cannot take you seriously if you honestly believe that Wells is better than Sandilands-the bias in that is just hilarious.

Simpson and Wells is closer. Wells ahead at the moment, as it looks like Wells is starting to pull his finger out of his arse and perform. Could just be a tease though.
Simpson is averaging 14 disposals.

Wells 21, averaging a goal a game and leading the comp in Inside 50's.

I know which one needs to pull his finger out and start hitting the weights.

My top 5

1-Wells
2-Salopek
3-Goddard
4-Mcintosh
5-Malceski

i think the top 2 their are outstanding players, who are only going to get better. Malceski has been brilliant this year so his in my top 5

Simpson is having an average year at best.

Wells is having a very good year, possibly his best.

Simpson was taken at 45, Wells at 2.

It's not about hitting the weights. If you actually watched a Carlton game you would see that Kade always puts in, unlike Wells who seems to float in and out of games.

THE stupidist comment to ever grace bigfooty?
Not at all. And it looks like you can't list things Wells can do that Simpson can't.
Oh no, I can, I just don't have the time, there are too many things to list. I'll sumarise however.
Wells- Star
Simpson- Average

Help ya?

If Wells floats in games, how is he averaging 21 disposals and a goal while leading the inside 50 count?

If Simpson is trying hard and only averaging 14 possies, he's in trouble.

Guess how the bloke in your avatar wound up at your club for pick 79.

Things were a bit different back in 1990. The draft was like a lottery, besides Hird was from a different state, how were they ment to hide him?. Nowadays every club has scouts in each state, yet these guys like Cox and Embley do not even show up in the system. Hidden in the mines?
