We did very well in this draft taking Carrazzo, Bentick and Setanta. Looking back who would you prefer Carrazzo taken at 2, Davey taken at 3 or Foley taken at 4?

I would still take Carrazzo over Davey & Foley.
Davey is up and down, exciting at times, but goes missing to much.
Foley, although he had a good 2007, so did Carrazzo.
Both proved their worth in 2007, but Carrazzo goes all day, is a hard nut and is Carlton through and through!!
Anybody can shine at Richmond...that is what Foley has done, lets see him repeat in 2008 when he gets more attention.

What if I had I picked up that 20 cent piece I saw on the train platform on that day 15 years ago?
That 20 cent piece fell on the tracks, derailed the oncoming train and killed everyone on board.
The butterfly effect is a killer.
The only prob with Carrot's is his disposal. He has proven he is a stats winner, but a lot of his touches are one - two's and he's not as damaging as Davey and Foley.
But Anybody has had as much or more time to shine with us than the tigers lately, if you wanna put it like that! We're on the verge, were not there yet!
I think Carrazzo disposal isn't as bad as some think, yeah he doesn't have the skill to drill over great distances but he is there abouts like 85% of the footballers in the AFL.
If you compare him to Foley, Carrazzo stacks up very nicely, which just shows that Foley isn't any better.
Contested Possessions
Carrots - 175 Vs Foley - 201
Uncontested Possessions
Carrots - 397 Vs Foley - 339
Tackles
Carrots - 101 Vs Foley - 90
Clangers
Carrots - 66 Vs Foley - 75

Carrots - 8 Vs Foley - 6
I agree plenty of players have had the opportunity to shine at Carlton as much as Richmond, but if you think about where Carrazzo has come from and how hard he had to fight for his spot compared to Foley.
And at Richmond they haven't had a decent midfielder step up for a while which is why Foley with his hardness has been able to shine. Carrazzo has had to battle the last few years with Stevens, Murphy, Simpson, Kouta, Scotland ect
So for mine its still Carrazzo!!
