If it went to VAR reckon it would have been overturned as for me Grosso initiated the contact. Defender is allowed to slide to block a shot on goal, Grosso moved the ball right but continued straight ahead.

Technically a penalty (there was contact), but also a blatant dive (Grosso admitted to milking the foul).

On another day, Grosso could have been booked.
