There's a Matthew Suckling in Victoria also - same name as the one just rookied but a different person. And a chance in 2007 to be the second person with the same name on an AFL list.

As for Daniher, he's a Calder Cannon with a local club of Aberfeldie. I'd say thats enough for him to qualify as a Metro Victorian!

Get a clue. I can't stand people who want to correct others but really have absolutely no idea themselves.

I have no clue? It was said in the paper that the Swans we're considering taking Matthew Suckling as their NSW player in the rookie draft mate. He was the only one worth taking because no one else from NSW was worth taking that's why they re-drafted a couple of the players that had already been on their list. He is from Wagga Tigers look up his profile.

And since when you're an expert? I probably know more about Football than you'll ever dream off. And what team do you follow? Knowing that you didn't list any I'll say you're a shameful Magpie supporter, would I be right?

Francis, i'd stop while you are currently largely behind, because if you keep going the way you're going, the hole you are digging yourself into is going to go to china.

Just to ensure you pack your tools away- you know the footydraft website? if not, have a read of that, and guess who collaberated that while he had adequate time over the past few years.
 
You don't get any apology cos you come on here, attempting to be smart by correcting previously made posts but your information is wrong.

As I said, there are TWO blokes called Matthew Suckling. I know its unusual to see two blokes with the same name, but one is from Wagga (who is now a Hawk) and one plays for Sandringham Dragons and qualifies for the TAC Cup again next year.

And your comment on Daniher was wrong as well.

At least if you are going to go out of your way to correct people, you might want to make sure you get things right first and in this case you made two blues in the one post!

theres also 39 other blokes in that squad at the moment... means jack... there are always players that are bolters too that dont start in the squad that end up in it like Caire nd Fairclough last year... he simply isnt that good... Staple from the eagles is a much better prospect at this stage...

Not only did you attempt to correct him but you were wrong on both points and within 3 posts of this one you say you know alot more about football than footyman. Big mistake. I know your new so I'll give you some pointers, footyman, weaver and mojo (wish he would come back) know more than anybody on bigfooty about the young kids coming through, and come second only to Shifter Sheehan and the clubs recruiters.

People in this thread like to hear the opinions of fellow members on the young kids coming through. They like to hear information that is correct. You are offering neither.

Or Geelong who aren't very good, need a gun ruck prospect and make Carlton's board look good because they took days to not sack Thompson. We have Hampson who is a freak talent and we don't need to finish last since Kreuzer isn't the only decent ruck prospect available in 2007.

Our luck will change sooner or later and a new coach and administration is just the catalyst we need to start turning it around. A new coach always gives a club a shot in their arm. One of the reasons a club was poor is because some players didn't like playing for the previous coach or his game plan was hopeless.

Everyone tipped the Tigers to finish down the bottom in 2005 and we have enough talent to get off the bottom next year.

Injuries notwithstanding.

The Roos and Lions aren't very good.

out of the squad of sa boys for next year, aaron day from glenelg is missing. KPP player, strong size, bigger than most of the age group. need to trim down and loose weight, have heard he is well on the way though, what are peoples thoughts?

You'll always have the handbags but spoons fade once the draft picks mature.

I wouldn't want to depend on vanilla slices such as Mackie, Gardiner, Tenace, Steve Johnson, Hunt and Kelly and your average kids to kick the goals next year.

Scarlett shouldn't have cut his hair because you're still miles away from a flag. ;)

any western jets players going to be drafted in '07'. prismall, sullivan and black or the obvious ones. what about cartelli and latella?
also a few bottom agers from the jets, the stand outs from last year were banner, mckerracher, haby. all three of them played games last year in the 18's as 16 year olds. heard anything about them?
