Im almost certain that my salary cap only takes into account 37 players and not the last pick minimum price because of the late Carroll delisting

You're right

I've changed that part of post 1 to tell you exactly what options you have with your remaining picks and cash

And since the extra $1k for rookies doesn't put anyone over the cap like I thought it did, it's back to $33k

Rookie draft order now posted. Have also separated the 10 remaining free agents who cannot be picked up in the rookie draft. Everybody else can be picked in the rookie draft.

Therefore the rookie draft begins immediately after the Mastiffs take their final pick. All picks are optional, any autopicks (which will be autopasses) will be done when the last pick is taken.
