The funny thing is the under performing Hurley gets a pass mark from the bomber posters yet Watts is smashed. There is every chance with Roos Watts will out perform him in 2014. It would not take much of an improvement to do so.

We can only hope. Going off training he does look to be a renewed player, but going off training never did anyone any good Should be a handy outside mid prospect at any rate. I do like Hurley too though, hopefully they both pick up.

Carlisle is a gun. I have no problem with him. He does not have concrete hands and reads the play well. Hurley can be hidden down back - he does not have to mark the ball and can be led to it. He will get opened up however - starting in round 1. Carlisle did have 40 goals kicked on him - the best had 27 - like Scott Thompson.

Assuming that you play Petrie/Black/Tarrant - and we play Hurley/Fletcher/Hooker - I would play Hurley on Black, Fletcher on Petrie and Hooker on Tarrant.

On Carlisle - Potentially he can be AA during his career. Though it will be as a forward.

Get on Hibberd as Essendon's next AA, as I will get on Ziebull.
