Looking at college Bballs best PG for next year, Mills would have been top 3 (Collins, Mills, Downey) and would have been a top 20 NBA pick w/ a guaranteed contract. But he overvalued his Olympic experience and now hes stuck being the bottom of the 2nd round.

Thats a deep roster at Portland. Rodriguez going is a huge bonus for him, but he is behind Blake and Bayless. Not sure how many contracts they have at present.

Pretty damn happy with Patty Mills! Picked it about 2 months ago, just thought it would an earlier pick. He is a very good fit.

That said, it is pretty likely that portland will to try and sign a veteran PG this off-season...so Mills could well get packaged up and sent off. Probably with Outlaw/Webster.

Hinrich is rumoured to be heading there. Could see a Hinich deal for Webster/Blake/Mills.
