I had no problem with Hocking finishing 2nd, personally had him coming 3rd behind Jobe and Fletch, so considering how many games Dustbin missed it's not a long bow to draw at all.

I guess he didnt really beat anyone that put together a decent season and also played alot of games.

He shag your Mrs or something? The guy drastically improved, cemented a spot in our best 22 and over the season as a whole he was our second best player. The least you can do is give him a bit of credit.

Yeah ill give him credit for improving, i guess if the 22 all improve as much as him in a year, than we are premiership contenders just like every team would be, so credit to him that he was one of the very few players to lift their game.

All im saying is its hard to find a definite spot/position/role in our side that he can play to help the side to premiership success. Next year he really needs to cement a position rather than a spot in the 22.

With news like this, you never know if its the end of it or just the start of more bullsh1t.

Anyway, goodluck fellas. If the doc says that its all minor than fine by me i guess.

Hille doesn't have too much of an injury-riddled past, however Gumby and Pears is a bit of a concern. Pears struggled for a lot of last year with a foot problem and we all know Gumby's concerns. Hopefully they're just minor complaints and they'll be 100% after Christmas.

Probably because the first time in years they are actually doing some REAL training .I expect a few more players to have problems before the proper season starts .At least its now they are finding out who is fit and there is time for the problems to be fixed .

Hille, Gumby and Pears have all been training with the mod group so a heavy workload has absolutely nothing to do wi th their injuries.

Pears and Gumby are major concerns for us. Two bookends and integeral parts of our future, are both showing to be injury prone.

Pears no where near Gumby in terms of injury prone.

He's just been desperately unlucky - seriously who ruptures a pancreas? I don't think there's inherent injury problem like we saw with Gumbleton. Further, Pears practically missed the entire pre-season in '09 and dominated that year, not too concerned about Pears.

Pears foot would have to be a serious concern. 3 months on from when they first treated it and they are going in for surgery again.

Forget about Gumbleton, he will NEVER have a full pre season or full season. Carlisle is the way of the future.

If he gets another serious injury, I will agree.
