You see the other video with Welly and Wallo? Ghostdog gets a mention and a bit of a laugh from the boys. :D

Commenced full training last week, which is great news.

If he can complete the pre-season (from now) uninterrupted, I'm sure he'll be in top shape by round 1, given the gruelling pre-season Hird's giving them, coupled with Myers' history of being a workhorse.

If Myers, and Stanton for that matter, remain too big in the quads and in the leg region in general, then you can write off their year right now.

The weight that they carry in those regions really does slow those two down.

When they both came to the club, they both were quite springy and really could form some sort of acceleration and as a result could break away from a contest i.e. Myers dashing run and kick to Lloyd in the 2008 Carlton game.

Nowadays, both tend to really labour when 'the spread' is on and their lack of acceleration is embarrassing at times.

i thought bigger powerful legs gave u more explosive pace thats within reason of course but anyway i'm not sure but this is based on some sort of fact

The Herald Troll?
That's the most rediculous thing I have ever read in a newspaper, if you do journalism on a topic make sure you know all 16 aspects of it.

Why do all sprinters have big quads and hammies? Because the bigger and tronger you get them, the more power you have to accelerate.

Tell that to Cyril Rioli, Jason Winderlich, Andrew Lovett.

Tell them what, that all the best sprinters in the world have large quads and hammies? Or that all the best sprint cyclists have huge legs?
