Time to start my bench and Jones is one of the best available players at this pick. Every team needs a tagger and Jones is a quality one at that and is one of the best offensive taggers in the league (Sewell isn't really much of a tagger anymore but I could be wrong there). Jones can also find a fair amount of the ball.
