PSD starts as soon as Pete takes the last two ND picks. The only difference to the previous rounds is that all the players listed at more than $101k drop down to that price.
No need to wait for the red picks as long as those players are available at that point (except for pick 2 if you want McQualter or Heyne). Mozzies/Titans will have 48 hours from that point to specify a longer contract if they wish.
