I am playing someone who managed to score just over 2k last week, lulwut?
Playing a guy with Heppell, Hurley, Otten, Astbury, Markovic, Buckley and McKernan in defence :|
Also has Watson, Zaharakis, Curnow, and Irons in the mid
Sandi (cover from Minson) though
Expecting to win purely because of the backline, eventhough they have 7 premium forwards and can shift in the middle to cover the missing players.
I expect some of the backs would have been traded out though....

With Watson already out, Swan a maybe and wondering whether the cats will rest some premium players there could be a few upsets this week.

Traded in Rockliff last week to bolster my midfield with Watson sitting on the pine. Now have both Watson and Rocky on the god damned pine for at least the next two rounds!@!!

Happy with the team I got this week. They average 1743 and ranked 101000. Not a bad team by any means but i should be able to win. I'm slightly worried they will make 2 upgrades this week and they have a lot of different players to me even though no one on their team is 'really unique'.

This is assuming a few things. I assume that I trade in Chapman and Fyfe which is quite likely and that they make no trades which is unlikely. I've also assumed that I swing Petrie into my rucks and bench Z.Smith instead of benching a forward like Petrie/J.Riewoldt/Knights. I'm leaning towards playing those 3 forwards ahead of Smith but not certain and if Ottens is rested will really throw spanner in the works. Also if i don't trade in Fyfe and Chapman (I will trade in Lynch instead) I will most likely play Smith ahead of Lynch particularly if Ottens is rested. So a number of potential outcomes.
If I go really far left field I could bench Boomer who has a dreadful record against the Swans and play Smith/Petrie/J.Riewoldt/Knights ahead of him. Also with DP can choose to play Stanley or Iles ahead of Bewick, not a fan of Iles against Cats midfield, plus slightly worried about him being sub. So essentially down to Stanley v Bewick for me as i don't think Bewick will be sub again with Rockliff out. I'm leaning towards Bewick because I don't think that Stanley will get much opportunity if he spends a fair bit of time in forward 50 like he has been doing. Then again I'm quite worried that if i bench him he will play alot of midfield because they may need his mature body in the centre against the mature cats midfield.
Probably should have waited until teams had come out and I'd made my trades before posting but that is just a general idea of situation. Once again go in reasonably confident but I definitely respect their team and if they were to make 2 upgrades I could be in trouble.

Playing a guy who only just dropped into the bottom 16k of people and is ranked 2400 overall, averaging 2037 per round, im only averaging 2067 per round so going to be very close. (He doesnt have sandi wasting away on his bench either >< )
