I got through my 10th encounter last week 2179 to 2167

Is anybody else still in it? How many teams left are there now?

Eliminator is a double edged sword, forces you to trade and then leaves you with nothing to defend with come finals in your own comp

Got through by 12, 2179 to 2167. I was headed at half time against Dogs and Blues with our differences being:

Me: Higgins and Duigan

Opposition: Murphy and Scotland

Unbelievable... and was down with about 2 minutes to go and then the Higlet scored about 20

Am still alive as well, after having Ablett captain nearly saw me come unstuck. Just lucky that my opponent had him captain as well, otherwise I would've been goneskis!

Down to 256 remaining, so it should be very tight from here on in! I feel captain choices will play a big part in most wins, as most of the teams remaining would have similar players.

Not trading for the sake of the eliminator just yet, as I still have the overall win in my sights with a ranking of 24th.

It is fair to say I am scared of this matchup.

I have done all of the match-ups (before trades) trying to find any advantage but it seems as though it will come down to a very small margin.

Would love to use two trades but would leave myself exposed to match-ups if I happen to get through.

Goodes and Broughton can either win it or lose it for you i reckon. Both can be pretty inconsistent.

My players left - Enright, Adcock, Duffield, Boyd, Redden, Bartel, Pavlich, Chapman and Harvey.

Opp players left - Lower, O'Keefe and Fyfe.

Going by averages I would win by 118 points, but still a lot of leeway.

Broughton, Mackie, Leuey, SJ, Goodes and Higgins to chase down Fyfe, ROK, Pederson and 86. Theoretically I should win by the length of the Bass Strait, but because I've said that my sextet will fall victim to six separate misfortunes and will be unable to play tomorrow...
