ooo man that net cord.

we'll never know but maybe that could be difference between djoker winning this match. a big momentum sapper and it definatel hurts mentally when something you can't control like that happens.

Castle is awful, he's narcissisitic diot


Heman has no personality.

I think Becker is great....not as a frontline commentator but someone who has charisma and adds areal human touch...he's very good on the pre-match analysis.


As for the game so many times when Djok makes an error he's long if he left it short would give himeself so much of a better chance.

A bit the same way but Nadal puts a few into the net, I want Nadal to win but he's no better than Djok these days both playing their natural game, he has to take a chance, can't just trade.

Congrats Novak far too good for Rafa today. You can tell this Grand Slam win means the most for him!

Novak is growing on me more and more every time i watch him.
 
Congrats to Novak deserved the win. Said I couldn't see him winning in 3 or 5 but:p
How crucial it was that Nadal chose to receive. Djokovic won the big points and hopefully this is the start of another great rivalry and Nadal realises he isn't playing like he used to and lifts his game.
Also just goes to show the difference between best of 3 and best of 5 grand slams.
Love how Nadal handles it also...rather than crying in disappointment that someone is better.

well done to djoker.

juts outplayed rafa today. obviously the third set was all nadal, i also thought nadal got the better of the opening exchanges (first 4 to 6 games) but djoker just kept holding his serve and then took his opportunity.

the rest of the match was all djoker.

what is going on with this post game?? well done poms!!!

Nole produced a masterclass in that second set, unbelieveable tennis.

Rafa is still a superstar but Nole has well and truly arrived to make the big 3 now. Bravo sine!! :thumbsu::D
 
It was all on Djokovic's racket really, except for Rafa's last service game where he made some crucial errors.

Djokovic was good for the first two sets, then lost the plot in the 3rd, then came back a bit in the fourth.

This is the fifth time he's beaten Nadal this year, he's just a better baseliner right now.
