Wines is a bull, as well as being a great big bodied ball winner he averaged 7.5 tackles per game in the TAC Cup this year. Imagine he'll rack them up in the stoppage dominated world of AFL.
What's his pace like? Is he another McLean, or faster, like Dangerfield?

Is this your opinion and wants?

Or what could happen tomorrow night?

My opinion has always been Menzel...

The Dogs were into him but look to have dropped off which will mean a re-shuffle...

GWS like him as well but won't pick him early...

Most teams around our pick are not looking for an inside mid, so that frees up Wines and Menzel should/may slip because the Dogs will pass on him...

The first line is my opinion only... ;)

Having said and heard that, Mick will have a say!

Would be the perfect player for Richmond to draft, let's hope they do something from left field again.
Imagine Wines, Cotchin, Tuck, Martin, Conca doing grunt work next year while dishing off to Deledio, Ellis, Grigg etc.

Don't rate Chaplin though. KPD still an issue, Griffiths is promising but made of glass.

They'll be a better side with Cotchin, Martin, Deledio and Conca feeding off Wines/Vlastuin, Tuck, Grigg and Ellis.

Hate all of you bastards who are getting my hopes with Wines.:p

Suspect Brisbane and Richmond will pounce if Wines is there. Tigers are into Vlastuin, but if the cards don't fall like they expect, then they could take Wines like we took Lucas and Adelaide took Talia.;)

Then I really hope Wines gets drafted to Brisbane because I can't stomach Richmond getting a blue chip player. It's bad enough they have Cotchin running around.

Haha slotted the grigga in for gags.

Yeah I'm not going to bank on getting Wines.
Should have known.

No room for Daniel Jakcson...
Watson in the next few years will leave us all in awe of his kicking and read of the play once our game plan is all round more defensive.
OMG! We could have had Selwood, Cotchin, Darling, Talia, Fyfe and Murdoch!!!!!!

No surprise that Talia played well in his third season and won an award as meaningless as the rising star award. They know how to develop talls. Sellar is still their only real bust from Gunston, Davis, Walker, Tippett, Shaw, McKernan, Maric, Sellar, Luke Thompson, Otten and Talia.

Love that they get credit for Jacobs.

Hope Grundy slides to nine, but some are saying he could get to Norf. Sam Landsberger thinks the Filth could get a bonus that no one would have tipped a month. That could be Stringer. Grundy couldn't possibly slide that far. Hate all this draft spam which could all turn out to be false.

Add to that Quayle said 13-14 clubs have now said no to him - including St Kilda who have 1st 2 picks of 2nd round.

Now it all rests on what our order of the best players is. Anyone hazard a guess as to what Rogers and Mick would rate in terms of order?

Whitfield, Toumpas, Grundy, Wines, O'Rourke, Menzel, Macrae, Mayes, Jaksch, Stringer.....????

Thoughts?
