We made 20 videos last year for the three players...its a lot of wasted effort in the end haha.
Yeah but you got 3 right. Got to look at the positives RFC_Official ;)

Off the top of my head, Lonergan would meet all those requirements. Burst speed (ala Judd), hard bodied, wins his own ball.
Not sure his burst speed is what you think it is. He did well in the repeat sprints at the combine but off the mark is a different story. Bottom 3% over the first 5m and bottom 29% over the first 10m.

Seeing as Port and GWS seem uncomitted to Grundy, how would you guys feel about him being at Punt Road next year with pick 9?

This just in from Twitter #wtf

AFL@AFL
Adelaide has relinquished its first two picks in the NAB #AFLDraft as a gesture of goodwill towards resolving Tippett matter. More to come.

The majority here want instant gratification and someone who will line up round 1 against the Blues, so i guess the answer will be no.

But we need a young ruck big time and i would be very happy for him to be a Tiger even if we dont see much of him for a season or two.

Personally id welcome him with open arms. think overall on the board we are 50/50 on him

I don't think there'd be anyone disappointed with him at pick 9.

I think you'll be surprised tigs2010. There is always a few who go against the trend. I can see both sides of the argument but just feel hes too good to pass up.

I'd prefer Vlastuin but I won't be disappointed as it will set us up. My argument all along has been he's not clear cut miles ahead of what else will be on offer.

would cream my pants if Wines slipped to us. Either way, as long as pick 9 is a mid, I'll be happy to back FJ's selection :thumbsu:

Got a sneaking suspicion that this draft is actually a big dud.

Even Whitfield has got question marks with his tiny hands and lack of explosive speed and penetration with his kicking. Plowman is an inbetweener, Toupas has injury concerns, Mayes could be Danny Meyer and the best propspects Menzel and Stringer have Big big question marks on their bodies.

Wines kicking is below par ect ect

i Know no juniors are perfect but, the top 10 of this draft have got alot o serious question marks and could very well be like the class of 2004 all over again.

Not impressed

Lol Adelaide.

Admitting they over-achieved this year. Realising they'd prefer to lose this year's 20 & 54 than two lower picks in, say, two years time... assuming the AFL takes away their first two round picks for two years.

I'm still not convinced on Vlastuin being top 10 rated. I reckon the tiges will go for Wines if available at 9 and even Macrae

I think brad crouch helped their decision. He gives them a top 5 pick this year and effectively they are not really excluded from this draft. So it might be they are banned from 2 drafts but its really only 1.

From the ones who might be available at our pick:
Menzel > Grundy > Macrae=Vlastuin > O'Rourke > Mayes > Wines

Cool id go Grundy > Menzel > O'Rourke > Vlastuin > Macrae > Wines > Mayes of that bunch.
