As M_R said Vlastuin is an inside midfielder. Rory Atkins is one of my favourites in the 2nd round. In fact probably my favourite so would love him at 32/34.

I think Sumner could be there at 43 tbh. Vlastuin, Wright, Atkins, Sumner is possible.

That would be amazing. There are so many potentially good outcomes from this draft that I think no matter what happens I'll be simultaneously stoked with what we get and disappointed in what we missed out on! We're in a pretty good position though really.

Do you know much about Sean Lynch tigs? Is he one we would look at with 34/43?

A lot depends on who we take with earlier picks and also who is available.

For example, we didn't expect Elton to be available at 26 last year, but we took him because he was too good to pass on. However, we'll take midfielders or players who could have spurts in the middle. I'm not told too much so take it however way you like. I expect us to take another tall though. Riewoldt Vickery Elton are our only pure tall forwards. We need more.

Yeah, I think he's a late pick at best. Had a pretty solid year but just doesn't seem to have any standout attributes than scream pick me. Bit vanilla for my liking.

Pongracic starting to grow on me. If he is there with pick 32-34 I'd take him. Only problem is, He is a similar player to Vlastuin. I think Pongracic could be the Luke Parker of this draft. Both similar players highly rated about 6 months ago slipped down for some reason but then come on and have an impact in there first year.

Dontreally care who we get with Pick #9 anymore TBH as there is about 12-13 names that i wouldnt mind ending up with and all have their good/great points you can argue for & Against.
Toumpas,MaCrae,Grundy,Wines,Whitfield,Plowman,Vlastuin,Garlett,Stringer,Mayes etc etc and when we do select him We will be amazed that he lasted that long & we had him top 3-5 etc etc etc.

More Really concearned about Selection #32 - #34 - #43 as this is where teams are really built and if you get them right 2 years running thats half your team in 3 years time- Just make life so much easier when you get a Fyffe,Beams types at later selection.

With Jayden Post now gone , We would be Crazy to pass on McBean if he is still available at #32

This draft is so exciting. The only player who is locked in is Whitfield. It's very unlike other years.

9 Vlastuin 32 Wright 34 Broomhead 43 Murdoch .All fill a need on our list Vlastiun tough and hard ready to go .Wright and broomhead give us leg speed and a touch of class I think our list lacks some leg speed but these 2 can also win there own ball. Murdoch is a third tall strong mark and a long kicking left footed goal kicker. All address our needs in my opinion . But it is just an opinion!

I like Broomhead too but as has been said as a Port kid you'd think they'll take him with 30/31 if he's there.
