Not when they give you so many bloody drugs dude, after i got out of hospital and the bloody exercises i have to do, no time to even have a drink.

But beating the Hawks in the Grand Final was a near certainty, last time i had major knee surgery was 2005.

From what I've heard the list sizes for 2013 are nominally 40 senior listed, 4 Category A rookies and 3 Category B rookies. You can have less on your senior list if you want to accommodate more rookies.

Apart from a bit of NAB cup and the one game he played this year I know nothing of Cunningham, is he a chance of earning senior selection on a regular basis?

The coaches seem to really like him. They gave him a lot of run with roles in the reserves midfield so that seems to imply that they think he has a long term future (ie. so they want to beat some defensive nous into him early so they can count on him being able to play in the seniors).

Not really. I've heard our scouts like him, and he was arguably NSW/ACT 3rd best player at the champs this year (behind Zach Williams and Burgess). Its not a desperation pick, more a convenience pick.

You rate him higher than I do. He racked up a lot of the ball against Vic Country and was good against WA but his championships overall weren't exceptional. It shouldn't be forgotten that Dylan McNeil had a massively better pedigree, winning u18 All Australian selection and the Hunter Harrison medal, and he just got delisted. I was a big fan of McNeil but he was always up against it.

As an academy player the coaching staff should know him well so he's definitely worth a shot as a rookie selection. But if our development coaches had any clue whatsoever wouldn't they have drafted Luke Breust?
