I have a bad, bad feeling about that last promo.
'F1 goes live on 10.'
What's the bet that means F1 will ONLY be on 10. In ratshit SD.

Surely not. It'd be one of the biggest raters on One. Wouldn't make sense.I have a bad, bad feeling about that last promo.

If programs are simulcast they're counted as one, as are the ratings. It's why with the one hour preview show on One before races, it ends at 9.50 and a new program (the race) starts. So they can simulcast/replay that on Ten and get the same ratings. That's exactly the point. Because each channel is listed seperately, if you simulcast a show it comes up as two half ratings.
I.e. at the moment it would be
One - Formula 1 World championship - 400,000 (or whatever)
but if they put it on 10 and one it would be something like
Ten - Formula 1 World Championship - 200,000
One - Formula 1 World Championship - 400,000
And now if they only put it on 10 forcing everyone to watch it on that channel they get
Ten - Formul 1 World Championship - 600,000
And it ends up being a much higher rating program, even though it's in pathetic quality.
God the commentary is painful to listen to.
