Injury 2012 Injury Reports

We're comparing Mitchell who's played 0 games in his first season to Chris Judd whose shoulders were so bad he played 22 games in his first season? Please.
Played one for WP, i think it was, and after that it was apparent he would never play WAFL again

Good to hear Rohans up and about and ahead of schedule, due to start running in October.. Shirvo will have him running faster than before, great stuff...

Here's a couple of interesting links on Rohan:

Equally out of the blue was a call from Voss, who had suffered a similarly gruesome injury in 1998 but recovered to lead Brisbane to three consecutive flags while also collecting a swag of individual honours, including three club champion awards and four All Australian jumpers.
''He rang me and had a good chat with what he did and the things he could have done better,'' Rohan said

I've had to adjust my opinion of Voss.

The 21-year-old, who fractured his tibia in round four against North Melbourne, has begun walking and is edging closer to his goal of running ahead of the pre-season.

Anyone seen this tweet by Neil Cordy?

"Jude Bolton a real chance of playing against the Hawks. Is running and kicking. Amazing durability. Was supposed to miss 4 @superfooty"

Fantastic news.

There was further good news on the fitness of midfielder Jude Bolton, who is making good progress from ligament damage to his left knee.

Longmire believes the power of positive thinking is aiding Bolton's recovery.

"Jude's been coming along really well," he said.

"He's actually surprised us with how well he's coming along. He's running and it's been pulling up really well.

"He's been able to kick the ball this week at training and jog around and his fitness work has kept up and next week he'll be pushing to do some training drills at some point.

"Whether or not he's ready for selection next week I'm not too sure, but he's just a positive person and that makes a massive difference.

Looks like Mitchell is being put in cotton wool for the rest of the year.

Starting to think he has the same medical condition as the villian from Unbreakable.
