Jetta for Wellingham is a laugh. No one would fall for that.
No way would i throw T-Bell in there. Is Wellingham one of those players that looks better in a better team?
Giving away a ruck when 31 yo Hille is to become a free agent would be crazy.
Wellingham doesn't even look that good... I'd rather keep Jetta.

Blair was the one to get, last year. Now he'll have gone up in value too much.

With Adelaide seemingly losing out on a key forward I'm tempted to offer up a 3 way deal involving Gold Coast where something along the lines of Gumbleton and 2nd round pick go to Adelaide in return for Caddy. Would much rather a bundled package of Jetta, Monfries and 2nd rounder though. The more steak knives the better right?

If we get rid of Gumbleton, what are our forward options?
Getting rid of Gumbleton will be a big mistake in my opinion.

People are forgetting he's essentially the only 'pedigree' forward we have; every other forward has been bastardised from something else (ie. Defenders, Ruckmen, Midfielders).

We should at the very least look to hang on to him for a year more.

He may be that, but he will be surplus to needs and not in our best 22 in 1-2 years time. Im not sure that he is best 22 round 1 2013. I would rather trade him whilst he still has value and try snag Caddy who will best on top notch mid for the next 10 years

You assume Gumby would help us net Caddy.

Not likley that would happen.

I may as missed this earlier thread but for the VFL watches or any interstate leagues who are this year pretentional mature age pick ups outside of bendigo? If Essendon was to lose a Key back or Hille was to retire would there be a rest made replacement? Hartigan from Werribee?

Hooker, Pears, Hardingham, Monfries (free agent though), Jetta, Davey, NLM, Hocking, Hille, Dyson, Lonergan, Prismall, Slattery, Reimers -

Wholly dependent on specific deals, and the understanding that almost anyone is tradable for a price.
I thought you'd say that.

WHY CAN'T THEY LAND CADDY FYFE AND SELWOOD THIS FKG CLUB IS A JOKE FARKS SAKE

Back in the good ol' days Freo would've taken a good half of those guys and given us something along the lines of Fyfe, Hill and their 1st round pick.

I miss Gerard Neesham and his crew.
