I actually agree, he'd obviously have to change his attitude.

I don't think professionalism and hard work comes naturally to a lot of kids, I just think that at a rookie selection - the potential gains outweigh the negatives of a rookie player being cut.

18 is the age where you can still teach him the right behaviours, I doubt he's a lost cause.

The thing is, in the environment Neeld is creating - it should be the opposite...

If we were further down the track in terms of Neeld being at the club, say 3-4 years, then I would back us to take someone like Garlett to turn it around at the club. But right now I think we need to look elsewhere and really build our culture up and get ourselves climbing the ladder before we take some risks. I just don't think we can afford to do it right now, not even with a rookie spot.

Not a knock on his talent, just don't think he is someone we will even glance at right now.

Ignore this if it is a stupid question, but does anyone know what our Rookie Picks are? And who the notables are in the Rookie Draft? Obviously excluding the ones already mentioned that missed last nights draft and have been posted on here already.

Not a stupid question - I know we have 2 spots available and hence 2 picks. I think its pick 3 and another, but can anyone confirm?

There are quite a few noteables remaining, and a few have already been mentioned in this thread.

Colquhoun is probably the one I am keen on the most. I just dont see Garlett making an AFL career for himself.
