From what I saw Cutler was late on the throw. That was a fine throw. As the commentators are saying, Bennett works back to the first down marker (he had about 10 yards to work with to still get the 1D, and the play is complete.

I don't agree. If Cutler had made the throw earlier it would have been a completion. Conversely, as the play broke down Bennett did need to work back to the ball for an easy completion. The real issue was Marshall had a clear one on one mismatch on the outside.Flushed out of the pocket, stopped and reset his feet. Bennett takes like 2 steps back towards the ball, and the pass is complete.

Bears that bad, or Niners that good?
Probably the former
Id say a bit of bias there....
The bears just dont seem 'smart' on offense.
No doubt 9ers are a good side though

nah i took Packers at -4.5 pts lolwho else had money on total points under 51.5?
I would say that's more an indictment on Chicago's O-line than GBs pass rush.well this week the packers can get more pressure on the QB and not getting burnt, so its got to be the 9ers that good. they will eat the lions and Stafford on Monday
A lot of it comes down to Cutler thinking he can hold onto the football for four plus seconds. His mental clock doesn't appear to tick unlike the top tier of QB's.I would say that's more an indictment on Chicago's O-line than GBs pass rush.
True, but when you talk about the worst lines in the business, Chicago is a lock for the podiumA lot of it comes down to Cutler thinking he can hold onto the football for four plus seconds. His mental clock doesn't appear to tick unlike the top tier of QB's.
