Hang on. I think I'm 4k over if I take Crisp. Would that be correct Russian or can I keep him? Also in the rules it says I'm allowed extra salary for my first 3 years. Does that include this year?

Both correct. Fitzey, Pie 4 Life and Gee Dub can only pick from the 'normal draft pick price' list
