Just read in the AFL website chat with Champion Data that Aish's kicking efficiency through the champs was 87%.
He is the only player above 75. That's pretty impressive.

Can somebody explain to me why Jake Kolodjashnij is continually being touted as pick 20?

They all say because GC want to keep the brothers together. But surely there are much better picks around that mark than JK? Templeton, Marsh, Dunstan, Crouch etc. I just don't see it happening at all. GC will take him with pick 27.

Although I don't want Bontempelli at our pick, I'll back whatever decision the club makes.

I still think its pretty crazy to pass on Scharenberg or Aish for him.

No idea, I wouldn't even take him in the top 30. There's plenty of others who are more talented. But not a bad option around the 3rd round mark.

I personally wouldn't take him top 30 either, but I could understand taking him at 27. I doubt he'll be there for GC's 3rd round pick, and in interviews and in the media I've heard them say they work better together, and GC would want to capitalise on that. They've got enough talented youngsters as is anyway.

Needs to get involved in the play more is probably his biggest downside,

We have to give ourselves a chance of picking up a superstar at this pick - not saying that he's got no hope of reaching that level, but I really question how many of the current top 20 players in the comp had the above sentence in their write ups at 17/18.

I don't mind Bontempelli but I think there's a clear top 6 in this draft and he's not in it. Apart from the obvious concerns around him about big games and such, I wish he was a little nastier with that size. He uses his size for marking but doesn't use it to hurt his opponents yet, obviously he's still skinny, but I feel like he could be tougher. I think Aish has toughness in him. I like how Billings has an in your face style about him and Scharenberg is a man

I like the end of it, gives you an 'e' sound to draw out in excitement. "KO-LOD-YASH-NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

It's a bit long though. Would need a shortened form. Perhaps just, "YASHNEEEEEEEE!"

"KAAAAAAAAAAAADE" works well too.

Am tempted to just talk about next years draft Since we'll likely only take two players & upgrade Goodes

Lets say we do draft a Conlon or Harvey though, does that mean we should be less likely to look at one of the KPF next year or still best available and pressure is put on those forwards that aren't performing; players like Roberts & Cordy might be in trouble imo.
