31 might be a stretch for Battersby but I think he will bypass the local SA teams. I think Brisbane at 25 or 28 or Gold Coast at 27 for him

Don't we have Matera lined up for FS in 2 years? If he's looking like first round material, could offer our first rounder (plus something else) for whichever of Sheed and Acres we miss and then use our 2nd rounder for the FS? Or does FS bidding need to be done before any trades?

FS needs to be done before trades. Otherwise every club with a high FS pick would be doing the same and the rule wouldnt be of any use

Yeah Jordan will probably be at least as good as Brandon, who would have been first round - but will be taller and more athletic. With his name and bloodlines, teams would be all over him if he wasn't F/S.

Best draft since 2010. That said we absolutly nailed two picks and the rest were huge disappointments. Hopefully 16/17 turn out to be great as well.
