Well a rhodes scholar is a post graduate scholarship for the best of the best.

It doesnt sound like he would have done any post grad, just has two undergrads at an Ivy League school, that being said it's still an impressive feat, although althetes do get in easier than others to schools that traditionallya re very hard to get into.

I was more so joking that he's a poor man's Fitzpatrick as a learned ruckman, but it was interesting nonetheless.

Just putting it out there - from this draft, I want:

#12 - Crouch, Freeman, Salem or Sheed (that'd be my order). Two of those if we get #13 as FA Compo for Eddie and don't get Daisy.
#29 - Like the sound of Patrick Cripps - tall inside mid with skill.
#47 - I reckon we punt on Dayle Garlett here (if we lose Betts and Yarran) - otherwise pick him up in Rookie Draft for lower risk
4th and 5th rounders - Upgrade Bell and Curnow from RL

Rookie Draft - grab project ruck or mature stop gap in Jolly (if we lose Hammer, Knockers or both)

If we pulled a draft of Freeman, Cripps, Garlett and snagged a few good trades - I'd be a very happy camper.

I would rate Sheed ahead of freeman and salem at this stage because he has that extra leadership quality, winning the U18 championship MVP without playing every game is a feat in itself.

Should seriously look at Josh Scott with fourth round pick if he is around. Won TAC goals award big strong agile and can take a mark

Lewis Taylor is an extremely skilled two way runner. Kolodjashnij is a highly talented player that has enormous courage..isn't slow but not zippy quick. I'll also add Cripps a hard nosed, hard edge medium mid.

I'll take these four boys in a heartbeat

It was Geelongs compensation for Ablett. Geelong traded it back to Gold Coast who then ontraded it to GWS in another deal.
