I'd gladly take a player if he turns out half as good as Luke Ball who is a leader and the consummate professional.

The other thing we would get from Cripps is a 192cm mid, who can push forward and take a good overhead mark.
We do like our West Aussies, so i'm hoping he'll be under consideration at 13.

He may well push forward but he didn't kick a goal in 5 games in the champs. And only 7 in 13 games at colts level.

He may well push forward but he didn't kick a goal in 5 games in the champs. And only 7 in 13 games at colts level.

I actually have no idea this year. I was kind of hoping for one of the following.

Freeman, Salem, Dumont or Dunstan.

Those are my rough thoughts for who may be around at our pick.

Believe they're just as one paced as Cripps.

At this very moment I'd rather have others before Cripps but if we entertain the rumours and Rogers sees something in him, I'm willing to back him in.

Of those I see around our pick my preference still stands:
Salem, Lennon, Freeman, Crouch, Dumont, Acres, Dunstan

All will be good footballers.
