It used to be a Saturday morning thing.
I remember it being on a Sunday morning. The year we lost our first 2 picks was a Sunday.

I just don't like the whole attention being dragged to it. There shouldn't be a *massive* fuss made of it. I recall a few years ago they did it during the day and I thought it worked really well. Plus there wasn't this shitty top 10 countdown.
I suppose any chance to market anything will probably be taken these days.

Hourigan then Marsh...easilyhypothetical here, at pick 39 Marsh, Hourigan and Thorp are available who do you pick and why?
for the sake of it pick one of the three

Hourigan then Marsh...easily
Hourigan is your Tim Membrey clone. Marsh your Jordan Lockyer clone.

sinCFC?!I agree Sin, I think Hourigan could be a real good pick up, bigger body than Membrey I thought
Last year had a heap...or maybe it was the year before.the draft is an interesting one where number one is usually predetermined so the count down has no real effect. the excitement is watching clubs pass on player we all thought were locks.
sinCFC?!
Membrey is fitter IMO but with less scope as a full time forward as Hourigan. Tim is a very good leader too.
Yeah the undersized KPP is not a favourite with recruiters it seems.I was flabbergasted when he went so low.
....are you, high?by low I mean high![]()

What ever happened to Nick Rodda?
not bad for a full back!West perth 17 goals in 20 games

Bontempelli will go no.1 and Collingwood will get Boyd at 6 according to KnightmareI dunno what it is, and he's been sliding heaps, but I still think Matt Crouch will be a gem. Has some mongrel about him, goes hard, inside ball winning monster. If he gets his tank and work rate sorted out, he could be a great distributor.
Just hope that Boyd slides to #13 and Crouch to #39.![]()

) but I can't remember a player averaging 37 possessions a game in the TAC. His ability to find the ball is Dane Swanesque he has limitations but if he can keep finding the ball he will be a valuable AFL player
