not including the 39 possession game i think you are meaning, yes it is one game but it shows what he CAN do.

Jetta never got 39 possessions (not in the AFL anyways, do you mean for Casey this year?). He wears 39, but that's his only association with that number as far as I can tell. He has only had >20 touches 3 times in his career. He just doesn't get enough of the ball to be used as an offensive player, and our back 6 is pretty settled so he's going to struggle to make it as a defender. McKenzie has turned out to be a reasonable tagger in the midfield, and I can't see Jetta forcing him out. As his most valuable assets are his defensive skills I don't really see a role for him in the side. Maybe as a small defensive forward, although he's been tried there a few times without much success.
Nev is just the latest casualty of the MFC development program circa 2006-2012. Showed a few glimpses of talent in a variety of positions but was never settled in one and never made one his own. Move on.

Cross seems a little less dinged up, probably a little fitter... Not sure if I'd go elsewhere if I was chap, achieved more in 10 or so years than most in far longer careers, nothing left to prove?

After getting Roden, Bryne, Pedersen.... lets get some more players in the twilight of their careers and play for us. The Dogs. don't want him anymore, they have a young list just like us, granted their midfield is better, but if we draft in a couple of young players....we have key backs and forwards and ours are better than the Dogs.
