Not one shutout for any team today, although Seattle were 14-0 down before they scored.

Good Giants/Rockies game going on, Rockies lead 6-2 off Lincecum, now it's 6-6 after 6 innings.

Good win for the cubs, came from 3-0 down with a run in the 5th, two-run 7th and 3-run 8th innings to close it out.

Pujols has been alright the last few games. He started real slow last year and came home big. Needs to get got now.

Lok at today two 10 -0 games, another 10-2 and Braves currently up 8-0.
Can't remember a start to a season with so many blowouts.

Sox/Orioles games been good. Orioles 5 run 9th inning with 2 out so far after being down 5-3, including a 3 run home run.

Cubs game postponed, disappointing, wont be able to watch any games for about a week due to the times we're playing at

Nick Noonan got hits with his first three at bats today. (1st official start for the Giants).

Strange scenes in Chicago too with misty rain and a fog, not to mention the cold, meaning that the stands were almost empty, so not what you expect to see at Wrigley.

So Carlos Quentin has fractured Greinke's collarbone. Surely, Greinke would be looking at 8-10 weeks on the sidelines? For Quentin, I'd start there and add time... But gee, what a heap of trash is Matt Kemp? Carrying on like it was the whole Padre organisation.

Even the Padres TV Commentators couldn't work out why Greinke reacted so savagely, as if someone would put the tieing run on base in the 6th inning, and Greinke has a reputation for stepping into pitches.

I think you mean Quentin. Definately an over reaction. Hit him on the wrist and wasn't that far inside compared to the Kemp one. Plus he has been hit the highest percentage of at bats out of all MLBers Should definately be suspended for some time.
What are people's early season predictions (awards, ws winner)?
