I was surprised daw being named as a ruck. Didn't think roos were going playing 2 ruckmen.

That whole team sheet looks very shaken up from the usual lineup to me. You can still expect Goldy to do the bulk of the ruck work.

See how Gawn goes with Jamar gone and consider playing him for a bit? Downgrade Jacobs to Hannath this week (who stays until Sandi is back) and use the money wisely
Then get Nic Nat in a few weeks once he gets a bit of form and hopefully his price will have dropped 100k or so..

Hopefully this is the result: -2 trades, 150k, 240 points (-20ppg x ~4 weeks, +30ppg x ~12 weeks).

I'd say its due to the whole Crows team playing like flowering garbage every week.

I was taking a look at the rucks today and it seems as though almost all of them are struggling this season.

Bellchambers Kreuzer, Jacobs, Mumford, Jolly and even Maric is now losing value.

I remember in 2011, SC scoring changes pushed up a premium rucks score from 90 to 110 but it seems as though that expected score is dropping again.

Why are they underperforming this year?

I had Maric and Cox to start the season off as my rucks.
I also had Franklin in my forwards and just had a feeling that he would struggle afterall so traded him out to Goldstien and moved Cox to the rucks.

A few weeks ago I then was kinda thinking that Maric was struggling a little bit too. He was ok but nothing outstanding so I downgraded him to Leuenburger and used the extra cash to go Viney > J.Selwood.

My rucks are now Goldstien and Leuenburger which have been serving me really well considering they aren't an expensive ruck combo.

It's probably the ruck combo I should of started off with . I had this damn combo all pre season like every man and his dog did but changed it. LOL!

They are not - you just have the wrong ones.
Kreuzer was flying pre-injury
Cox is a star
Goldstein is scoring well
looney burger is more than delivering for a 300K ruck
Griffin is playing & scoring well
Minson is scoring well
McEvoy has scored well

Last year 9 rucks averaged over 100 and 19 averaged over 90.

This year we have only 6 rucks averaging over 100 and only 12 averaging over 90.

Furthermore, averages tend to drop throughout the course of the year as injuries strike so I expect that number to fall further.
