Lorne took on amateur team old Melbournians today at Lorne...first hit out for both teams with the Amateurs coming out on top. Lorne didn't field a full squad but looked okay with a noticeable attempt at some sharp play coming out of defence. Melbournians were a lot more skilled and precise with their disposal but I would doubt that they had a full squad travel all the way down from the city. A fun and quick game to watch with no apparent injuries to Lorne and also no apparent ex AFL players.
