Not a trade as such as he's a free agent but North big into Cooney.

I liked your post as its the only one that is in line with the actual thread topic of Trade Rumours. I don't care about Yarran, Watts and Robinsons worth there is a trade hypothetical thread for that just if they are rumoured to be moving.

Watts has a heart the size of a pea and the only time he dominated was when he played junior footy and was 4-foot taller than the rest of the players.
Watts has a pea heart, but he will fit right in at Carlton with all our pea hearts and under performing number 1 picks.

Robinson + second for Watts and Third rounder might be about right

This is just insulting. You make it sound like Yarran is the most naturally talented player in the league and all he needs is to work hard and he'll win a Brownlow. There are plenty of players with a huge amount of talent that actually work hard as well, and are streets ahead of Yarran.

You think he'll consistently get 30-40 touches and carry a team on his back like Ablett? You think he'll be the top tackler in the league while also delivering truckloads of goal assists and goals like Jack? He'll be an even more damaging clearance player than Dangerfield, O'Meara and Pendlebury? He'll turn games off his own boot as a forward in a horrible team like Cameron? He'll have more impact around the middle than Naitanui? This is what you're saying when you make the utterly insulting claim that he will win a Brownlow - that he would be better than all of these super talented players.
Seriously, Yarran has that talent, just not the work-rate.

Would take him at the Saints in a heartbeat if he was delisted. Is like a cheaper version of Jack Watts. Anyone know how he would go on a wing/halfback?
Said this about Jarrad Grant on 05/30.

I rekon Grant would cost as much if not more than Watts right now.....

I actually rate Mitch Robinson. Would be happy to have him at Geelong. His hardness would be welcome and he would thrive in our environment. What would be required to get the deal done? Considering he hasn't really played much this year you couldn't ask huge things for him. I would offer

Mitch Brown - straight swap
2nd round draft pick and maybe an exchange of 3rd round picks.

Pretty fair for both teams I reckon.
Was thinking the same thing, What do Carlton fans think would get a deal done

Crameri according to Essendon fans "looked disinterested" in the VFL on Saturday, has delayed contract talks and the Bulldogs have made a bigger offer with 1 extra year.

Reasonably solid addition to a "rumour" file at least

This is one of the best trades I have seen for a while. Carlton could use Mitch Brown, and Mitch Robinson would be handy for Geelong.

You're having a laugh if you think a straight swap of Mitch Brown for Mitch Robinson represents any sort of benefit to Carlton. Robinson is certainly no star but there's no doubt Geelong come out well on top in that trade.

Carlton would baulk at that deal and rightly so.

From what the supporters on here are saying, it seems the crows are also very interested.

However because of media & business reasons, I reckon any of the Victorian clubs, Geelong excluded, would be his preference.

Would love him at Melbourne, trying to sell that move to him would be bloody hard though :(

If any club cannot afford to put a pick an early pick on the table it is Melbourne. There is no quick fix for the Dees, they need to get as much young talent into the club as possible.

It depends on what mid they could get with pick 2 and how old he is, I have no problem with trading away pick 2 if the mid is a A grade and still has plenty of years left.
