Thought it'd be good to get one started as I thoroughly enjoyed last year's one.

Let me know of your interest in this thread and I'll note it down. Of course, we're limited to 18 people - but I'm planning on doing another one closer to the draft with the proper order, so those who miss out here will get first dibs on that one.

Basically I'll be using a randomiser to work out who gets which team. It's more fun that way.

I'm planning on starting this on Friday with three days of father/son bidding and then the draft will begin next Monday, but of course it depends how we go with numbers.

I would like each pick to have a little bit of a bio. Doesn't need to be huge or anything, even if it's just some key details. Just stops everybody from just writing a name down and makes it a bit more enjoyable.

Don't worry if you're no avid follower of junior football or anything; if you want to give it a go then just put your name down. We'll probably go five rounds but if you feel that your team is done after four you're welcome to pass. There are plenty of mock drafts on BF to look up for some inspiration if you get stuck, just give it a go. :thumbsu:

Enjoy!

I'd hate to be the person who gets either Adelaide or Essendon.
Good point.

I might give the people who get Adelaide and Essendon priority entrance into the mock draft I do closer to draft time.

How do you determine teams out of curiosity? Draw from a hat?
