Outline
1- Design one uniform for any/all of the chosen items for your competition and submit it before the deadline.
2-Any entry can be disqualified without discretion if the item is too similar to anything designed before.
3- Any entry submitted after the deadline will also be denoted and disqualified.
4- The team that has won the most medals at the end of the games will win.
5- Creativity is encouraged and should be the main outliner of when choosing your favourite in the competition.

The Most Serene Republic of Phoronu is a huge, safe nation, notable for its devotion to social welfare. Its hard-nosed population of 296 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 80%, and even higher for the wealthy. A small but healthy private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Hundreds of thousands of convicts work as slaves in Phoronu's many privately-owned prisons, every product goes through extensive safety-testing by the government, crime suspects are forced to submit to blood testing, and bizarre-looking creatures called 'Quick Toed Sloths' dominate wildlife preserves.

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Phoronu's national animal is the Quick Toed Sloth, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Phoronuan dollar.

I actually already had that information, Phoronu was created 7 odd years ago when it was used in an online simulation game (NationStates).

Another suggestion - since we are all making up countries, perhaps instead of 'Bigfooty Olympics', you can make up a name for the world our countries are situated in.

Sol 10. Done
"Sol" is the official designation of our Solar System, as almost every one of the systems in the universe are solar. Each planet is numbered as Sol x where x is the number of the planet furthest from the sun. We'd be Sol 3, whereas Mercury is Sol 1.
