I actually enjoyed a little bit of Bruce last night when he tried to bait Harley on the 08 GF.. was amusing.

I love how many 'Lace Out' passes there are these days! Is it Dwayne that struggles with the definition?

It seems that the term 'Lace Out' includes:
- Any ball that a forward marks at full stretch;
- Any kick, so long as it comes on the end of a good/fast build up;
- A pass that is able to be, or is marked, on the chest or in the hands of a forward; &
- About half of all other disposals.

"Lace out" indicates the commentator in question as so impressed with the kick he has dropped his pants to bang one off, thus showing his lacy underwear.

Any tips / techniques on how to synch the radio commentary to the delayed TV picture? I'm talking FTA coverage here... no PVR (at this stage).

I actually don't even bother to synch, the radio is only fractionally ahead and it's not even noticeable during general play.

Was "amusing" Reading the Herald Sun's story about the game this morning. They threw in a mention about Goodes' no mark but no mention of the controversial McGlynn goal. As expected, half of the story was about Franklin.

Also had to laugh at their best for Sydney which included Josh Kennedy and Kieran Jack(shit) who both had minimal impact on the game. All that was missing was Ted "Can't Play on a Man" Richards.

I think Carey had us falling out of the 4 by the end of the season before the Crows game on Talking Footy. They questioned him after the Crows game and he didn't back down. Looking forward to what he says tonight.

I love Huddo and Sam Edmund I don't mind but this unimpressive guest journalist they have from the Herald Sun, Michael Warner, has labelled Hawthorn as boring and Sydney as exciting! Is he even watching the right sport?

I'm yet to have actually met anyone who'd prefer to watch a team haphazardly hacking the ball forward from a stoppage or loose ball over efficient pinpoint kicking down someone's throat?

Apart from Buddy, who on earth do Sydney have worth paying to watch?

If that's not bad enough he then goes on some random tangent ridiculing the intellect of the general public for almost voting Mark Latham in a thousand years ago. No arguments from me (but who was the alternative) but surely for anyone who doesn't mindlessly vote Liberal would use the current PM, who the public did vote in, as an actually relevant example.
