We are seeing a lot of players playing down back and also up forward. With the likes of Walker and Bartel going down back, and also Dangerfield and Swan up forward.

Now with the struggles in the backline this year, and a few minor headaches up forward, I ask you guys this question:

Who (at the least, fantasy relevant) do you think will gain DPP, and also lose DPP next year?

Here are mine.

Walker (DEF/FWD)
Hanley (DEF/FWD)
Bartel (DEF/FWD)
McVeigh (DEF/MID)
Swan (MID/FWD)
Dangerfield (MID/FWD)
Broadbent (DEF/MID)
Roughead (MID/FWD)
Pyke (RUC/FWD)
Goldstein (RUC/FWD)
Kreuzer (RUC/FWD)
Harry O (DEF/MID)
Bob Murphy (DEF/FWD)
Grimes (DEF/MID)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Go for it guys

Be sweet if McVeigh and Mitchell could snare def/mid. Need more backs for godsake. Surely Hodge should be for starters. Likely to lose more than gain once again.

On a side note Gary Rohan is in a race for time to play seniors this yr. Feeling good and may only be 2-3 weeks from playing in the magoos. But with finals approaching i seriously doubt he'll be back within 6-8 weeks unless he rips it up. Mindful of brining him back early after learning the soft tixssue lessons from Mick Barlow. Rohan hasnt proven himself yet as an SC gun but may well start 2014 cheap and with fwd/mid status and be a solid alternative to a 1st yr rook.

Goddard will probably lose D/M as well.

I like the look of this defence better than my current one

A Walker, S Mitchell, McVeigh, D Thomas, Hodge, Seedsman

Waters will need to improve his kicking first. His marking is great, but there's just too much margin for error in that ball drop of his. I'm sure most WCE supporters cringe/hold their breath whenever he's about to kick the ball. Shame about that, he'd no doubt be elite otherwise.

He will be useless for at least 12 months after his return.
