I'm never a fan of overagers tbh, I know how much my footy improved in that time and how my ceiling didn't





Most junior footballers don't use their opposite foot anyway, they're just encouraged to improve their preferred foot and junior football doesn't have the pressure that AFL football has which forces players to use their opposite foot. Improving your opposite foot is something that generally happens in the AFL when clubs get players to start kicking on their non preferred, so it can easily improve.
